French Customer Service Representatives

The Bridge Solutions is looking for French Customer Service Representatives to work for a call center.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include providing world class support (customer service / financial) to client’s customers by assisting customers with their inquiries, proactively handling complaints, providing appropriate and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

Requirements:

• Must have finished at least 2 years in college or equivalent
• Call center experience is an advantage, but not required
• Must be fluent in spoken and written French
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent customer service oriented attitude
