The Bridge Solutions is looking for Japanese Customer Service Representatives to work for a call center.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing world class support technical support service to our client’s customers by assisting them with their inquiries, proactively handling complaints, providing appropriate and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
Requirements:
• Must have finished at least 2 years in college or equivalent
• Call center experience is an advantage, but not required
• Must be fluent in spoken and written Japanese
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent customer service oriented attitude
