We are currently looking for highly competent Korean Language Instructors who has the passion to help develop the language skills of our clients.

Key Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Providing Korean communication and cultural practice according to the principles of The Bridge Method.
• Deliver lessons in accordance with The Bridge teaching principles and focused on the interest and needs of the students, working with private students and group of differing sizes at our makati site or at off-site locations.
• Maintaining student motivation.
• Help promote The Bridge activities to clients.
• Adopt and put into practice leadership and communication skills
• Integrating technology into language programs, as required by the curriculum or requested by the student.
• Keeping student records and progress information up to date.
• Fulfill ongoing responsibilities to customers as required by the The Bridge.
• Assessing existing and prospective customers' level of proficiency.
• Delivering counseling sessions to students in liaison with the Program Manager.
• Recommending improvements to the students' programs, in liaison with the program manager; and assisting the program manager where necessary in delivering specialized programs for customers.
• Maintaining an impeccable student focus in the delivery of all duties.

Requirements:

• Native fluency in Korean
• Bachelor of Arts Degree or higher
• Korean Teaching Certificate preferred
• Experience living or studying abroad preferred
• Professional appearance
• Cultural sensitivity
• Dynamic and creative approach to teaching

• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
