Training and Development Manager [Corporate] (Job Code: TDMO30)

The Bridge is looking for individuals that are passionate in training and developing our employees at our corporate office in Makati City.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include-

  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development, establisha nd maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development.
  • Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
  • Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
  • Liase with other functional / departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development, and to tensure they are fully informed of training objectives, purposes and achievements.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary staff training and development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
  • Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for qulaity management.

Basic Requirements:

• Must have at least a college degree in a relevant field. Masters degree preferred.
• Must be fluent in written and oral English
• Good analytical skills
• Previous training experience required.
